MTa MAXI Leadership
These 9 activities Introduce and develop the elements of leadership that will enable people who already are effective team players become effective leaders.
To be successful the leader has to:
- constantly monitor the needs of the team as a whole as well as the individual members
- provide the vision and support to serve and meet changing needs, needs that vary with the make up of the team, its individual members, the tasks and the environments.
It is a challenging, and for some, a daunting role requiring effective use of team skills as well those additional skills and approaches that enable them to lead and motivate others to follow.
