The Culprit
The Culprit is a feedback activity disguised as a problem solving task.
Level: introductory/intermediate
The Culprit is based on packs of cards. It is supplied with a full trainer's guide, including review sheets and ideas for transferring the learning to the work place.
The Culprit (code: CUL-S)
The Culprit is a data management exercise with a difference. The task is to solve a murder mystery, but is everyone committed to the team? The action involves frequent 'investigation' within the team which provide a light hearted yet effective way to:
- give and receive feedback about personal styles in a fun way
- find out if the impression they actually create matches the impression they intended or expected
