We are delighted to have this opportunity to introduce MTa International. Established in 1982, we have developed a reputation as a world leader in activity based learning.
Initially our specialist areas were leadership and team working, but now our expertise encompasses assessment and lean manufacturing processes and most aspects of 'soft skills development' for adults and children from age 8.
Aim:
Our aim is to improve business performance through people development.
Our Business:
There are two distinct but closely related arms to our business:
- We offer consultancy in our specialist areas and personal coaching for MD's and senior managers
- We design, develop and sellactivity based training and assessment materials, and advise in their effective use.
Our Approach:
We believe that people learn more and subsequently use their learning if they:

- identify areas for personal improvement for themselves

- develop their own strategies for improvement
